Founded in December 2021, Cangyu Space Information and Communication Technology (Beijing) Company Limited (Cangyu Space) is the world’s first commercial space company specializing in the design and operation of data relay satellite systems in high and medium orbits. 

The company is building a space-based information transmission system covering the globe (including the North and South Poles) with four GEO satellites, six MEO satellites and three IGSO satellites. 

The system is designed to provide global users with full-process space-based measurement & operation control, real-time data transmission and interconnection services for rocket launches, low-orbit satellites, manned spaceflight and long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), etc.
